Open Access Policy

All materials available on Lokoja Journal of Information Science Research (LJISR) are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. The journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. LJISR is an open access journal, publishing with us means that your article will be free to access online immediately upon publication, increasing the visibility, readership and impact of your research. All works (including texts, images, graphs, tables, diagrams, photographs and statistical data) may be used for non-commercial purpose, citing appropriately the original work. The Journal is currently indexed by Google Scholar

Publication Format: Lokoja Journal of Information Science Research (LJISR) will be printed in both print and electronic format(online)

Publication Frequency: Lokoja Journal of Information Science Research will be published biannually in June and December

Plagiarism Check

All manuscripts submitted to LJISR will be subjected to a plagiarism check for similarity and AI score. Only manuscripts with acceptable similarity scores will move forward in the review process.

Article Publishing Charge

Author(s) will be required to pay ten thousand naira (10,000) as Plagiarism check/Reviewers fee.

Author(s) will be asked to pay an article publishing charge (APC) of thirty thousand naira (30,000) Naira or its equivalent.

Note: Only manuscripts found to have met the journal (LJISR) editorial process and reviews will pay the APC.
